Follow The Pour allows bartenders to share their shift locations and users to follow them. You agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for your account activity and security.
Program name: Follow The Pour Users who opt in to SMS notifications agree to receive recurring informational messages about bartender activity alerts for bartenders they choose to follow. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS opt-in is optional. You may create and use your account without enabling SMS notifications. You retain ownership of your content but grant Follow The Pour permission to display it within the platform.
No harassment, impersonation, false information, or unauthorized access is permitted.
Paid features may be offered. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Follow The Pour reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of bartender availability or schedule information.
Follow The Pour is not liable for damages arising from the use of this platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
